PACT Afrique

Our Ambition

Opening the doors of excellence to young African french-speaking talents

Opening new horizons for Africa’s future

Launched in 2019, PACT Africa is a HEC Paris initiative designed to open new professional and academic pathways for talented African students.
Year after year, the program has become a powerful engine for equal opportunity, offering promising students from West and Central African universities the chance to reach their full potential and gain access to world-class education.

Through a five-month intensive training program, participants benefit from:

•Personalized mentoring and coaching
•Analytical and quantitative skills development
•English courses
•Interview and admissions preparation
The program is completely free of charge for selected participants, ensuring that financial barriers do not stand in the way of ambition and excellence.

In less than a year, I learned to understand myself — my strengths, weaknesses, and how to work effectively with others.
The goal of the PACT program isn’t just to enter HEC Paris; it’s to grow personally and gain life-changing skills.
